Guide to indicator selection
Define the purpose
The first step in selecting an indicator should be to clearly define and understand the purpose of its use: where, in which context, and towards which goal will the indicator be used?
Identify sectors/sub-sectors
Define which focus area needs to be present in your solution. The indicators in this bank are organized by the sectors above. Each sector is further broken down into sub-sectors, by which the indicators are grouped.
Select specific indicators
Each sub-sector is consequently broken down into specific indicators for measuring and data collection. You can learn more information about each indicator by clicking into it.
